TS SSC Exams 2020 Cancelled | Telangana government has canceled the tenth class examination in the state in view of student health. Promoted 5,34,903 tenth grade students.
TS SSC Exams 2020: Telangana government cancels tenth class exams Since the coronavirus virus cannot be administered in the present tenth grade, the CM decided to promote the students to the upper classes without any tests. CM KCR on Monday conducted a high level review on the tenth class examinations in Pragati Bhavan in the country and the state. Minister of Education Sabitha Indra Reddy, General Secretary of the Government Somesh Kumar, Special Secretary to Education Chitra Ramachandran and CMO Chief Secretary S. Narsing Rao were also present.
There are 534,903 tenth graders in the state. There were six papers in all, 11 papers out of which three papers of two subjects were completed. At the time, the government had deferred tenth class examinations on the orders of the state high court. CM held a high-level meeting on Monday to take a further decision regarding the deferred exams. The meeting examined the methods adopted by various states across the country in regard to the tenth class examination. There was a long debate on what to do in Telangana. The process to be followed in Telangana was finalized.
The Chief Minister has decided to promote tenth grade students to the upper class based on the marks obtained in the Internal Assessment Examinations conducted in schools.
Depending on the future circumstances, the government has decided to take the exam for degree and PG examinations.
