Job Role ఏంటి?
Support Associateగా Deloitte Technology Teamలో పనిచేయాలి. Phone, Email, Chat, Voicemail, Self-Service Tickets ద్వారా వచ్చే Voice & Non-Voice Support requestsను పరిష్కరించడం ప్రధాన బాధ్యత.
Hardware, Software, Operating System, Access వంటి సమస్యలను గుర్తించి పరిష్కరించాలి. అవసరమైతే సమస్యలను సంబంధిత టీమ్‌కు escalate చేయాలి. అలాగే customer issues, troubleshooting steps, resolutionsను ticketing/CRM systemలో నమోదు చేయాలి.
